About Me

I spent 20 years working in the corporate world building programs, managing teams and maximizing profit. In 2007 I began developing a business to call my own. I was scared as I left a secure position and others who cared about me wanted me to stay in the comfort zone of my current employment. One day I became brave enough to enter into business for myself and have never looked back. I slowly built a net of safety as I stepped out that allowed me to work part-time in each area during the transition to full-time self-employment.

As my business grew I added staff and trained others to join in my practice. Learning to not be afraid to specialize allowed me to attract the clients that I can make the most impact with. I was able to completely move the business to another city and build it now to a staff of almost 10. I learned to create a pathway to business growth that minimizes the risk while keeping owners in a financially secure place.

I enjoy developing my own business and those of others who step out in courage to pursue their dream just like me.
